Kapas Island

on 14th n 15th March 2008..me n my friends are going to Kapas Island with our lecturer's Miss Anita..we take a bus from our campus to go to 'Marang's jeti'..at there, we completed our booking resort with 'makcik gemuk resort' before we went to d'island that is a little island not more than 20 minutes away by boat from the sleepy village of Marang.
it gave me a new experience because it's a my first time i'm in boat..worried..bcoz i'm always think smthing bad..'alhamdulillah..' me n my friends arrive at there with safety..beautiful..n so calm..many activities had we done at there...like we played a 'tuju kasut games', valleyball games, kayak..we build a sand castle..'duyung's'..and d'best is 'MANDI'...at night, we have a BBQ..n play 'poison box' n 'gift changes'..with around d'unggun api..(",)after finished..we sing a song after we tired n rain comes..(",)for the tomorrow, we walk around the Kapas Island and go to see a Gemia Island that take a 10 min to go there from Kapas Island by boat..and last..we go to d'jeti to see a fish clearly with give a bread to them..at 1.00pm we clear our rooms and cheeck out to go back..for overall..what i want to say is...."memang syonoklah!!"

my practical experienced...

Practical training program is an opportunity for the practical student to apply knowledge gained in class or tutorial to a practical work experience out off campus. Student is exposed to the real world and makes student more effective worker in the corporate world.
With the requirement towards graduation for a Diploma in Accountancy Information System at University Technology Mara, practical student should have completed their industrial training for 6 months in an organization. The period of training from 1st June 2007 until 30th November 2007. This 6 months training has give an opportunity to explore the career fields and gain valuable working experience. Through this Industrial Training, the trainee was able to observe and participate in a professional work environment, gain on the job experience and training and find out how the trainer interests relate to possible career fields. I had chosen to practical at Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad.
During practical training, I’m gained a lot of knowledge and information of banking system and how it different with conventional bank. For me, this is often a much-needed first chance to experience and become familiar with the business culture and business environment.
I’m also learns in detail the products, which Bank Rakyat offered. It is more to help customers with financing, loan and also saving in Islamic Concept, without riba’. The purpose, requirement, terms and conditions and benefit for every type of the products give some knowledge to trainee.
I’m definitely imposed communication skills as almost everyday was spent on the phone, attend customer and dealing with other staffs. Effective communication skill will help trainee to understand styles of behavior and solve problem through communication skill. In concept of human skill, it develop trainee in term of intangible human traits such as patience, humility, tolerance, concern, honesty, trust, respectfulness and responsibility.
I’m also responsible to keep the customers information confidential. The transaction between the company and customers are private and confidential. The practical student does not leak out the customers’ information to other persons including their family members.
Other than that, I also learned a new thing, that is how to use a system that they use for key in daily transaction, how to used a Photostat and fax machine, how they do a daily and monthly balancing, how to control their customers’, how to create a loan paperwork and I’m also learned how to calculate their transaction in manual.
The best is, they give their trust to me to create a letter offer/ agreement to the customers and give me to prepared a monthly report for Credit and Financing Administration Unit.
Overall, I got lot of knowledge when in practical training industries and for me, Bank Rakyat is the right placed for practical training industries.
